A fixed width (80em) style for the Penny-Arcade Forums that uses the default background colors, but adds borders around quotes, spoilers, and alters the color of the spoiler background.  It also fiddles around with a lot of the margins and padding around various elements to tighten them up a little and remove extraneous white space.

Much like the old forums, only not. Attempts to mimic the appearance of the Penny Arcade forums prior to the 14/7/11 changeover, with light text on dark background. Penny Arcade - Ye Olde Style

- Removes avatars from Original Post and Most Recent Post columns
- Makes the background match the footer.
- Shrinks size of post count and view count numbers
- Makes sign in button, username, and breadcrumbs white
- Turns mini inline pager blue instead of green and makes it the same color as the main pager
- Makes quotes much more prominent with blue background and black borders (this will probably be changed somewhat)
- Removes 'rank card' to left of avatars and re-centers them

To Come
- I haven't fixed spoilers look yet so it looks a bit weird, especially if you have spoilers inside quotes
- Mouse over highlights for the pagers
- Will probably change the 'new posts' indicator to something else but it's alright for now
- Get rid of the green arrow in Most Recent Post and in quote blocks
- Put ranks back in somewhere else

Removed the ads on all pages, modified the news page to take up the full length of its container, and set the text alignment to 'justify' on the news page.  FYI: The before and after pictures are compressed (gotta have it under 50 KB >_>), so they look a bit discolored, but nothing color-wise was changed.

This is an enhanced penny-arcade style (based on style 441 by user 321) which rids the news section of the margins on the left and right. It also makes the post header align to the left instead of the right, and adds 5px padding between the header and the gabe/tycho avatars.
