Stylish offers customization and personalization for the appearance of virtually any webpage in the world through styles created by the Stylish community. To use these styles you need to download the Stylish browser extension.

You can use Stylish as a style creator, a style consumer or both. To be a style creator you need to open an account on Userstyles.org and use our CSS code editor to publish your style. There are instructions on how to do this here, and you can consult with the community on the forum to get further assistance. To use styles, you need to install our browser extension and then either install styles as you browse, using the extension popup menu, or browse through the styles on Userstyles.org and install the ones you like through the website. Don`t forget to visit the site for which you`ve installed a style to see the style`s effect.

Stylish is the world`s largest community for website themes and skins. There are hundreds of thousands of themes and skins created by other users at your fingertips, giving you and millions of other Stylish users the ability to change how your favorite websites look instantly. Stylish also provides a great platform for front-end developers to test their skills, share their knowledge and gain credit for their original work.

Stylish collects from our users data which is necessary for core features of our browser extensions. As Stylish offers and recommends styles for web pages, we need to know which web pages you visit.

Stylish collects and anonymizes or de-identifies browsing data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This data is used by Stylish to provide you with multiple services, including showing you relevant and suggested styles for web pages you visit, as well as the install count for each style.

No, Stylish does not automatically collect and store private information. We care very much about our users’ privacy and use great efforts to ensure that we only collect and store data that is necessary for our features, and that the data collected is either non-personal or is anonymized or de-identified so that it cannot be used to determine your identity. Information voluntarily provided by users who choose to register is used only to enable them to create styles, to advise them of feature updates and to provide support. We never use any of the data collected to attempt to determine the identity of any users, for profiling or direct marketing purposes.

When you use Stylish you have full control over what information you share. It’s very easy to opt out of sharing data. All you need to do is go to the options page inside the extension and uncheck the box next to “Send anonymous data to Stylish developers”. However, once you do, you will no longer be able to receive suggestions for available and recommended styles, but you’ll still be able to browse for and install styles through our website - Userstyles.org.

Stylish is currently available on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Baidu.

Once you open an account on Userstyles.org, you can use that account on the forum as well. In the forum you`ll find information about upcoming features, notifications about known issues and, most importantly, vast support to assist you with creating styles.
