- IE7-style Menubar

Makes the menubar look like the toolbar menus (Page, Tools, Help) in Internet Explorer 7.0, using the same icons as Iconic Menubar - Crystal SVG (see that style for information on the icons and how to change them).
For "Icons Only" mode, apply Icons-Only Menubar on top of this.

Works in Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, and Sunbird (see previously linked style for Sunbird notes).
Testing mainly done with: Firefox 2.0 in XP-style Windows, Firefox 2.0 in Windows Classic, Minefield in XP-style Windows, and Minefield in Windows Classic.

To use this style, install Firefox and Stylish. If you already have Stylish, make sure this site is allowed to run JavaScript.

-initial version.
-Added better support for disabled menus (mainly important in Thunderbird).
-Rewrote some bits to be more stable (no known errors were caused there, but this is to prevent potential errors).
-Removed requirement to restart Firefox 2.0 [and equivalent Mozilla apps] and lower after applying (except in some rare cases with CuteMenus SVG installed [mainly in Thunderbird, a couple places where the selector CM uses is more specific than the one this style uses (is fixable, but I don't see much reason to get on it ATM, since problems disappear after first restart, and besides it's really a Firefox bug in instant apply importance anyway)]).
-Some minor cleanup.
-Attempted to make text alignment more accurate, but it appears that will require an almost total rewrite, so I'll hold off for now.
-Fixed some uncommon cases still requiring a restart to work after first applying (Firefox 2.0 and lower).
-Added support for Tiny Menu, Tabs Menu, and Calculator.
-Added support for SamePlace and Split Browser.
-Updated to work in Firefox 3 betas.
-Fixed small graphical glitch with droparrows in newer Fx3 builds. Thanks nycnyuszi for reporting (even though the error report was unclear and not even entirely correct, it still made me check it), as I never would've noticed as I never use this style myself (I wrote by request of someone in the CuteMenus Project forum). Luckily, it was an extremely simple and fast fix, and one that didn't require breaking older Fx versions/other apps at that.
