A clean, attractive, dark recolor of Fanfiction.net. Ease your eyes with dark greys, blacks, and soothing purples. LAST UPDATED: NOV 17, 2016 This code works for both Fanfiction.net AND Fictionpress.com. This code WILL be updated each time the pertaining sites are updated. The colors used in this style are on the bottom of the "after" preview image. Coded in Firefox + Chrome for Stylish.
As of 2013-10-09, Fanfiction.net seems to be abusing the user-select family of CSS rules to make selecting text within story chapters more difficult. As this makes it more annoying for me to save quotes and causes problems for people using certain types of assistive technologies, Here's a userstyle to revert that change. I've included all known variants so it should have the desired effect in any browser with a userstyle harness.
A work in progress style to give both Fanfiction.net and it users a cleaner and more organized look.
A recent update has made it impossible to select text when you're on a story page. This script allows you to select text on stories again. Edit 13/10/2013 - Fanfiction.net has updated it's css to stop the old version of this style working. This edit just makes it work again.
A quick fix to hide the newest annoying feature of FFNET. Also fixes the width of the page and the color of visited links. FFNET improvements: - hidden avatars in story summaries - hidden avatars in forum lists - avatars in profile, reviews and forum posts left intact - increased width for better reading - white background for story summaries in dark mode - slight font size changes
Undoes a number of "improvements" added on the June 5th site update. ∙removes excess space/margins on the sides of all pages and recolors them from grey to white ∙removes avatars/story covers from the summaries shown on story pages ∙removes banner and square ads from story and profile pages ∙restores purple color to already-visited hyperlinks ∙restores default font type to Verdana rather than Arial ∙removes minimum story content width restrictions, allowing narrow windows without scrolling
A dark style for fanfiction.net and fictionpress.com, for all those who prefer light text on dark backgrounds for longer reading. Color scheme inspired by the FT DeepDark theme for firefox. Black/dark grey and a few blue/cyan colors. Copying story text works with this style active. Updates regularly as the site updates, too.
This is a simple script that forces Fanfiction.net to display the story filters again, and gets rid of the filters button. Edit 26/08/2013 - Added a line to force the cursor to use the proper pointers when going over stories in the browse stories page.
Modified styling for FFNET story pages: serif font, text width and justification, line spacing. Derived from hpmor.com's styling, which I personally find better for reading longer stories on a desktop screen.
Better web reading for Fanfiction.net with justification, hyphens, smallcaps, better rendering, indents and better line height.
