Changed icon version of LiveJournal Simple Icons/Images Skin by Elizabeth Mitchell, same as Livejournal Icon Replacer but with code that removes custom userheads.
EDIT (May 28th, 2011) : Because LJ has pushed out newer userheads that don't follow a file name pattern, this code will only block some custom userheads, and not all. I'm currently working on a way to block ALL userheads, so please bear with me.
