Adds Images to Adblock Plus preferences window.
Does not require CuteMenus - Crystal SVG to work.
If you have that extension, then use Adblock Plus: button icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG).
Inspired by the style series by ChoGGi.

2006-10-02: Tried to update to sync with the other version of this style, but it's way too long, considering it's 220458 characters and the max limit is 65000 (it actually hung my computer when I pasted it in my word processor and when I did a word count to find that), so I'll have to get back to that later when I have the time to find drastic ways to get the size down. Well, the average person who'd want something like this would already have CuteMenus SVG anyway....
