- Google Reader - Kemwer Black

This style was deleted by the site admin. The reason given was Removed by admin - site no longer exists.. Instead, try:

DarkSearch for Google
or other Google themes.

(No screenshot available)
Inspired by Perfect Dark Google Reader (okay... borrowing some elements of it), a dark colors redesign for Google Reader.

Features a slightly larger column width, and larger font for content. Fonts are changed to Trebuchet for texts. Icons were recolored for darker backgrounds.

There are probably some details that could deserve more adjustments, so please let me know if you find anything. This is my first userstyle, so the CSS code is probably a big mess, sorry if that disturbs any of you. ;)

To use this style, install Firefox and Stylish. If you already have Stylish, make sure this site is allowed to run JavaScript.

(Though installing Stylish is recommended, if your browser supports user scripts, you can also install this style as a user script.)

2012-01-14: 1.1.1 Added bold text to feeds with unread items. Thanks Gavin
2011-12-19: 1.1.0 Bigger update
+ Added dark buttons on top controller bar
+ Added dark interface to the Browse for Stuff page
+ Fixed all icons
+ Added a reset for inline background and font colors inside content cards (fixes feed items with colored background colors). Thanks aphaits for requesting all previous changes.
+ Fixed the Search page
+ Added compatibility with the new Services Bar
+ Added code to remove the Reader title, when using the new Services Bar
- Removed all positioning code to increase compatibility with other styles, and with the new Display Density controls.
- Removed code to replace the favicons. I use the option to show all site's favicons, and I think it looks better this way. If anyone really wants a way to replace those with a single standard RSS icon, let me know and I'll find a separate solution, because I can't find a way to make both work at the same time (changing the icon replaces favicons on all instances).

. Find a good way to replace the black buttons on the controller bar with CSS. To maintain legibility, I kept the buttons slightly brighter than I originally intended.
. Do something about the Settings page, which still looks like crap.

2011-11-07: 1.0.2 Code fixes (double "!important" tags, missing semi-colons). Added highlight to selected items on List View. Thanks Gavin
2011-11-03: 1.0.1 Post release corrections
2011-11-03: 1.0.0 Initial release
