  Excellent script, the only thing that made me not use it is the fact that it deletes the search bar.

  it has too many problems too list unfortunately. Its a great idea though, wikipedia badly needs a dark style.

  There is no closing bracket after the ruleset .portlet li:hover, #BodyContent li:hover {

  There is an extra bracket after span.diffchange { color: #00008b; }

  Also its a good idea to add !important to every rule to just in case. Otherwise very nice.
