  About "Digg v4 - Dark gray design" the original style, I just restyled the comment system from scratch, so this style is unnecessary, I appreciate it though.
  I also read on the digg blog that the comment system isn't definitive, things will change in the near future.

  Thanks, they were annoying. If you're, already, using a style that removes the footer, all you need to get rid of the "+" buttons and border is:

  .uftl { border: none ! important; }
  .fbox { display: none ! important; }

  Thank you very much! This digg "update" was a huge fallacy on their part, terrible decision-making. I hope you fix the bloated comment headers soon, they annoy the hell out of me.

  Thank you , I've been looking for a good space-cleaning userstyle for a while now (userscripts render AFTER the page is loaded, which is annoying).
