  I recommend to use this styles for menu hide/show:

  #menubar-items > #main-menubar {
  visibility: collapse !important;
  }

  visibility: visible !important;
  }

  Display-None style kills menu in FireFox 3.0 because display property in Fx3 works correctly. :)

  It works, but I don't see any reason to use DTA under Fx3.0. Worst thing in DTA is not they crazy toolbar, but crazy naming of commands in pop-up menu.

  Tab content jumping... it's BAD.

  Also I know better way to keep space -- just move bookmarks to the left of main menu. Now drop or move some useless bookmarks to feet new width. Also possible to use iconization and autohiding of main menu, but it's bad too.

  Good style, but I'm combine "Smart Bookmarks" and one more "useless" folder into one and name it "places". :)
  I'm change three "Smart Bookmarks" into "places" but don't see icon. I have this icon, I'm check.
  Did you know any method to make your style universal in this case?
  Also, on the right side of icon-only bookmarks too much free space.

  I think you need to replace first style with:

  toolbar * { -moz-appearance:none !important;
  border: 0px !important;
  margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px !important;
  padding: 0px !important;
  }

  This hammer is bigger. ^__^

  Problem with new menu items ID's -- not a general problem...
  When I try to install this style it works... but if I click on any position in menu -- nothing happens!

  With this style menu cool, but absolutely useless, because you can click anywhere and nothing happens. :(
