It works, but I don't see any reason to use DTA under Fx3.0. Worst thing in DTA is not they crazy toolbar, but crazy naming of commands in pop-up menu.
Anyway, style works.

Don't work for me on Minefield 3.1a1pre. As I remember it works on old builds of Fx 3.0, but on 3.1 it's does nothing.

Tab content jumping... it's BAD.
Also I know better way to keep space -- just move bookmarks to the left of main menu. Now drop or move some useless bookmarks to feet new width. Also possible to use iconization and autohiding of main menu, but it's bad too.

Good style, but I'm combine "Smart Bookmarks" and one more "useless" folder into one and name it "places". :)
I'm change three "Smart Bookmarks" into "places" but don't see icon. I have this icon, I'm check.
Did you know any method to make your style universal in this case?
Also, on the right side of icon-only bookmarks too much free space.

I think you need to replace first style with:
toolbar * { -moz-appearance:none !important;
border: 0px !important;
margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px !important;
padding: 0px !important;
}
This hammer is bigger. ^__^

I think those, who use this button, doesn't know about "silver bullet" named Middle-Click. ^__^
Anyway -- this button better, then default. But I still think -- best "close button" is invisible "close button".

Try to open new tabs with middle mouse button click, it's better then Ctrl+C/Ctrl+N/Ctrl+V/Enter.
Select and drag-n-drop to tabbar better too. :)

I think henrah's CSS well comments, also they write little HowTo in the description.

Much better! Now it works. I think you need to update your "version 1" style ... and don't create NEW style or rename exist style, because you block "Update" feature in Stylish.

I think image too dark. You can see it on your screenshot -- menu items on the image hard to read.

Really good solution for customize window problem. I'm use this style with Paulfox modification of buttons width and height, and "Highlighted toolbar customization" style... I think it's little bit better.

Problem with new menu items ID's -- not a general problem...
When I try to install this style it works... but if I click on any position in menu -- nothing happens!
With this style menu cool, but absolutely useless, because you can click anywhere and nothing happens. :(
