  Why would someone want to use this over each individual style? The individual ones have the benefits of being able to be individually turned off and on. Also, if an update occurs to one of the individual ones, users who installed this one would have to wait for Kemuel to notice and update.

  Interesting concept. A few pointers:

  -You can combine many of those rules into one. For example, everything from table to body could be one rule.
  -You might even get away with only setting things like font size on html or *.
  -You're assuming white on black, 12px. Look into using things like "inherit", "none", and "normal".
  -border-width: 0px can be written simply as border: 0.

  Very web 2.0. I don't particularly like the <pre>s being styled. <pre>s tend to show up every where and it makes them look a little weird. One notable example is when you view a plain text page. This also styles hidden inputs...
