Removes the video fuzz / grain from the Dashboard and similar pages under www.tumblr.com.

A dark grey version of Tumblr. Chrome/Chromium only. Some of the image assets have been replaced where necessary. Some Missing E assets are also recolored. This is mostly a theme for my own use, so I only fixed things that I saw were broken; there will probably be a couple Missing E elements that don't work. If I missed something, let me know at fraxtil.net (replace the 'a' with an '@').
