This forces the back and forward buttons to look like Vista's, no matter what theme you use. I will be producing two versions with slightly different buttons. This is Variation B updated. Thank you to Lain_13 for the code modifications.

This code will make your throbber (Both in the top right corner and on tabs) look like the loading cursor in Vista, regardless of theme.
