When returning to a twitter page after following a link this makes it obvious which link you have just followed, so it's easier to carry on scanning the page. It also makes visited links purple.
The scroll bar of the page of twitter.com/friends and twitter.com//friends is displayed.

The Dutch Police, Brabant Zuid-Oost, posts on twitter, but it uses the police background image, which makes the page unreadable. This style removes the background image.

Advantage of using Stylish instead of Greasemonkey is that the Stylish styles are applied instantly, instead of "onLoad".
