Make Ars readable at all resolutions, making decent use of horizontal space. Also removes non-content (discontent?) from article pages. Heavily based on Ars Technica - Minimalist.

The floating bar takes precious vertical space, most monitors are vertically challenged. On Firefox the top bar disturbs page scrolling (PgUp, PgDown, Spacebar, Shift+Spacebar) -- they shift by units of exact screen height.
Changed font to Tinos, made it larger, made links more visible. Requires the free font Tinos to be installed on the computer first.
Make arstechnica.com's articles a little less cruddy.
