Adds Stylish menu under Tools. Requires Stylish 0.3.9+.
Because, last time I tried to get this on another computer that didn't already have it, it took a very long time to find where np had posted it sorting through the MozillaZine thread (I realized after that it's also on the blog, but that's still too hidden if you're just looking for this). I'm putting it here now so it will be easier to find.
