How to install

• Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
• You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.
• Install with Stylish
• Update installed version in Stylish

I was originally going to combine the 2.0 version with this one but the selectors were becoming too convoluted. Having two separate styles was simpler.

Update: Added find toolbar close button and fixed a problem with the sidebar button.
