some places dont have menu icon spacing (quicknotes)
this fixes that, it also adds the basic icons undo/cut/copy.....
it also hides disabled items, delete the line that starts with the text below if you want them back

CuteMenus SVG not required
if you have cutemenus then use Gecko - menu icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG)
uses CuteMenus SVG icons/code
i combined all my (w/o CuteMenus SVG) styles
Gecko - Icons (w/o CuteMenus SVG)
cutemenus uses one large png for all icons (it's too big for userstyles.org. max is 65000 chars)
instead download CuteMenus - Crystal SVG https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1330/
extract the xpi, then extract chrome\cutemenus.jar (xpis and jars are renamed zip files)
then move mosaic.png in content\cutemenus\res to program files\mozilla firefox\icons
you might need to restart firefox

Install options
