some places dont have menu icon spacing (quicknotes)
this fixes that, it also adds the basic icons undo/cut/copy.....
it also hides disabled items, delete the line that starts with the text below if you want them back

@XerBlade its not that useless it changes checkboxes/radio icons in the extensions options (cm only does menuitems)

i added a fix for the options icons, i dont use ff 2 or 3 though so not sure how it is
if by JavaScript Options you mean tools>options>content>javascript>advanced it looks fine to me
but since this style is for menu icons i removed them from here and stuck them in Gecko - Icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG)

Update: added icons to save,cancel,extra1(usually preview) buttons
changed menuitems to use cmd instead of labels
