Allows you to change the color and background image of the Check for Extensions (Add-ons) Updates progress bar

** Thanks to ChoGGi for the Gecko - ProgressBar. This style is a modification of Gecko - ProgressBar, allowing me to add a background image to the progress bar!

Default (Supplied) Code will perform the following functions:
+ Progress meter itself will be a Firefox image, faded white.
+ Remaining progress meter area will be the color Red.

Instructions:
- Change the #HEX Colors in the code to change the look of your custom progress meter.
- Add change the Background image in the code to add your own background to the progress meter. The background will repeat.
