The recommended way to install user styles is to use Firefox with Stylish.
If you already have Firefox with Stylish, make sure this site is allowed to run JavaScript.

The problem with this is that the bubble around the folder / bookmarks text is twice the desired height. It is of a height based on original Bookmark Toolbar icons, and I have removed the icons and want the the size to be decreased accordingly.
I have this working in userChrome.css but not as a finished style, because it means having to have all toolbars selected together and setting huge negative margins and having the bubbles overlap, so it is hard to actually select the item wanted.
If it can be fixed it will provide a smaller personal bookmars bar. (Fx3)
