Auto-Hides the Firefox Sidebar until you hover your mouse over it.
This style is an Entirely new take on the Previously-Attempted auto-hide side bar styles. This style works and performs Amazing!
* Thanks to srazzano AND tomtom for the Similar Ideas and Code
Instructions:
1. Install the style
2. Move your mouse over to the right-hand side of screen
3. Slowly move your mouse over towards the Sidebar until the RESIZE icon appears as your mouse icon
4. Resize the sidebar to be as small as you can make it.
5. Enjoy the smallest sidebar when browsing, and when you hover over it, it will become un-compressed!
Customizations:
+ This style also allows you to customize the size of the sidebar when it is hovered over. Currently it is at 500px but it can be increased or decreased easily in the code (look for my comments)
Applies to:
+ Web page in a sidebar
+ History Sidebar
+ Bookmarks Sidebar
+ Stylish Sidebar
+ Countless other sidebars, All automatically compacted and compressed!
Browser Versions:
- Works on Firefox 3
- Works on Firefox 3 FINAL.
- Works on Firefox 2

Ben, This would be 5 stars if you could make it so that optionally it expanded not when hovered over, but when the BORDER was CLICKED on instead (like the old POTO Sidebar Extension). That way it wouldn't accidentally be getting opened all the time.
PS guys, there's a style around here (Firefox - Sidebar without size restrictions) that removes minimal width restrictions on the sidebar, basically allowing you to collapse it all the way to the left border so that it takes up less space when you don't need it, sounds like it would work well in combination with this style... but I haven't got them to work together at all... Ben please fix this problem also! Fixing this problem would involve a hover or click activating upon the BORDER of the sidebar, as that's all that shows when you collapse the sidebar all the way closed... but this style doesn't work at all (even on the interior) with the other style as of yet.
This is a very useful style.
Too bad that it's not possible to do a 'hover' of the sidebar like in IE7.
