Hide a toolbar and show it if you mouseover on navigator toolbox. Something like that. lol it's hard to describe it :p
Just try it and modify the code to suit your needs.

Great style, thanks!!!

However I'd like to ask for a help. I found that it automatically hides any pull down menu coming from the toolbar buttons when mouse hovers to select an option from the pull down menu list below the toolbar, such as using DownloadHelper button or Smart Bookmark Bar button or Tab Mix Plus manage session button. These buttons seems becoming unselectable by mouse for now.

Could the pull down menu stay still for normal selection pls? ****

Thank You--I like what this script does very much. I have one problem with it --when I click a drop down menu on an auto- hidden toolbar I can't use the portion that is below the toolbars without the menu I'm trying to use disappearing along with the toolbars. This happens with the Stylish dropdown menu for instance. It does not happen with all the drop down menues however, so I'm wondering if this can be fixed.

nevermind... i just found ctrl-m to pull stylish settings up.

here's what i want to do. maybe someone can solve the problem:

I want to load three styles: Auto-Hide Toolbar, Menubar AutoHidden, and Toolbar Show/Hide. but when i use all three, nothing appears when i move the cursor over the toolbars. It seems i can use any combination of two but not all three.

any ideas? thanks!

I really like this, but...

my only suggestion would be that the navigator toolbar should be shown if you have focus such as after pressing Ctrl+L to select the address bar or Ctrl+K to select the search bar. For someone like me who tries to use only the keyboard as much as possible, using this style doesn't disable my ability to avoid the mouse, but I can't see what I'm typing in the address bar.

Works perfect, but the progress bar color changed from green (used Fission extension) to purple. Fission won't change back to green, or any other color I choose.
Any help? ****

nice but it doesn't hide all toolbars e.g. WebDeveloper in fact i only like it with sambody's modifications because you can't jump to the urlbar with F6 when it's hidden.
Anybody knows how to hide also plugin toolbars? ***

Nice. I have adapted this script to just show/hide the personal toolbar. Exactly what I needed. The code is:
#PersonalToolbar {
display: none;
}

#navigator-toolbox:hover > #PersonalToolbar {
display: -moz-box;
} ****

i had wanted something like autohidestatusbar for toolbars and here it is! same Q as prior post. the thing that would make this perfect is a docking toggle button.

edit: i'm trying to make this work with an aios custom toolbar. i've tried any comination of elements but the custom toolbar won't appear on mouseover. the others work fine. any ideas?? *****

very nice indeed - must be a coincidence as I had just enabled the menu-x toolbar toggle for some unsightly but necessary icons - cheers - do you think it would be possible to set the sensitivity and length of hover time ? *****
