A Dark Blue Theme.
Inspired by valacar's dark blue google theme.
Works with wikipedia - major modifications.
Input and support welcome.

I will add other wikipedia style sites to this style as i find them, you can add them yourself and feel free to leave a comment with some site you think should be added.
