How to install
- Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.

Great! Finally I cannot accidentally hit that stupid item again. Just miss the corresponding entry for the "edit bookmarks" window:

Great Script, just one thing. It says that it only deletes the "open in all tabs" option but it also deletes the "open (site)" option. Figured out pretty quickly how to change the script to show second one but you might want to say that it deletes both by default. Thanks for the script I never use open all tabs and it's nice that I'll never accidentally click it again.
