replaces Len R's Compact/Slim Extensions List for FF3
v1.7 - first RC1 version; modifies top message popups to fit in sidebar better, but with some occasional glitches

v1.5 - tighter spacing, better compression
v1.4 - smaller topbar, combines topbar and find updates; compresses status messages. cool stuff - check it out!

Puts items closer together, shrinks expanded items and install/uninstall items
Only tested on Vista 120dpi FF3 RC1, but should work on others.
