Contains various fixes for the new BBC News site, including resizing the pages to remove some of the blank spaces, hiding some of the useless crap (facebook sharing, extra header, other languages). I've also removed the audio/video box as I have no use for it.

This is very much a work in progress so if you notice any quirks please notify me.
