How to install
- Install Stylish plus Kallout for Firefox (or from here for just Stylish or for other Mozilla apps). If you have Stylish already, make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get Firefox, then install Stylish plus Kallout (or just Stylish), then come back here to install this style.
- for Greasemonkey and Opera users.
Makes The New Yorker readable. A slight bodge job - ALL fonts are changed to Georgia.
Improvements:
- Leading increased
- Line break added after paragraphs
- Fonts changed from Times to Georgia

Exactly what I was looking for, subtle and effective... at least for the typography aware people.
