This customisation makes sense when the Glasser for Vista extension is installed. It increases the padding of the navigation toolbar so the menu bar and bookmarks toolbar are not touching. The menu bar also has its background removed.
See http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=649449 for information about Glasser.

Looks great but is there a way to change the menu bar's font color? I have a dark wallpaper and I can't see the font...
I don't do coding at all but i found out that if i put the code (Shown below) on top of your code it will align the search box with the bookmark toolbar when using Glasser. I also change padding:0px 0 2px 0 to. am I doing the right thing. Is it ok to do make the modification?
#main-window #navigator-toolbox #nav-bar
{
margin-right: -5px !important;
margin-top: -1px !important;
}
