A back to basic GMail theme, for everyone who thinks google made a wrong turn with their new gmail look.

First of all, kudos to this guy[1], I've basically forked this user style from his to add my personal mods.
Also, if you install this style: be sure to set your default (e.g. ugly) gmail style to compact mode first, otherwise this style will still appear to add lots of unused space, while in fact it's still the gmail default style doing that.
I couldn't find a way to fix keyboard input using CSS alone, so I wrote a userscript: gmail-b2b-keyinput.
Update: google seems to go into counter attack by putting fixed heights as element styles. I wrote a user script that tells google to go to hell, and removes these enforced element style heights.

This style is only tested by me on Chrome/Chromium, so, on FF, your mileage may vary.
