This is a dark green color set for Wikipedia and it's sister sites, designed to be used together with a layout style (as in the posted screenshot). It works on it's own, but doesn't look quite as nice.
I recommend you add Wikipedia - Layout, enhanced. Other layouts suggested below.

→ Wikipedia - Layout, enhanced (comprehensive layout, screenshot here).
→ Wikipedia - Clean, readable (minimal layout, removes stuff).
Works on most Wikimedia sites, such as wikipedia.org, wikimedia.org, wiktionary.org, wikiquote.org, wikibooks.org, wikisource.org, wikinews.org, wikiversity.org and mediawiki.org
Latest change (2013-05-14): added URLs starting with "http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/".
