If you use the Custom Buttons ext. and saved the CB² database zip file to your local drive, you need to place the url at the top, right after "file:///C:/ .
Bobby also has that list on his site. This style is for your local and Bobby's database pages, plus! if you use the buttons backup button, it styles that html output too - change the url(-s) to point to your local pages.
