This style removes the recommendations sidebar and uses it as extra space for the subscriptions feed. Other promotional elements like the "Add Channels" button and so forth are also removed.

2011/12/08: More promotional elements removed as of. This is not reflected in the screenshot. Fixed "+N more videos" box messing up the float alignment. Fixed unclickable videos.
