I have make a Update for G+ at Mai 2012 :) (plus.google.com)
This is a beta CSS, only for the Stream Site, Photo and much more Site the Background is havy brocken :)
I have changed colors, ad small tweaks and much more... please view in the Code ... :)

You can easy change the Background with your favorite Image, edit the 'data:image/jpg;base64,' url :)
You can find easy a tool on the web, that convert your image in base64 :)
