Changes the "Moderate" menu in Facebook Comment Moderation to a row of links. Makes the approve/hide comment link bold for better visibility. One goal is to make it more obvious when a comment is hidden but not because a profanity, for example a comment caught by Facebook's spam filter (whether erroneously or not) -- see example screenshots.
