enhances Tree Style Tabs Extension, designed for tree on left side
- tabbar background color
- white color for selected tab
- other very light blueish,
- tabs rounded on left end
- selected tab connected to page
- other tabs slightly separated from page
- tabs separated by small margin
also tries to do enhancements to tabs on right side (rounded tabs, color) or bottom or top, but it's not well tested
2009-05-06 changes for FF3.5 (e.g. shadows, remove border between tab and splitter)
