CuteMenus - Alignment Fix

This will fix the issue in the Firefox default theme with menuitems which are not iconified being out of alignment with menuitems which are.

2006-11-06: Fixed incompatibility with most themes/styles/etc. (to my knowledge only one of them [a style, one of mine in fact] left you with any reason to enable this style anyway, but with all the others at least this way you won't have to go turn it off every time you change your setup). Fixed menus (things that open new menupopups when hovered) being very slightly out of alignment with menuitems (things you click).
By the way, this is still useful with CuteMenus - Crystal SVG only to fix the alignment of the items at the top of Bookmarks, isn't useful at all with that extension with OfficeXP style menus enabled (and it slightly screws appearance anyway [they use some very conflicting CSS], though not nearly as much as before), and is still to my knowledge completely useful for both of those other CuteMenus extensions as well as without any of them and just with some items here and there [from extensions and stuff (i.e. MR Tech Local Install, FlashGot, IE Tab, Tab Mix Plus)] that have their own icons.
2008-01-07: Fixed bug where menulists (some drop-down selection input boxes) were made too short (note: this took all of 2 seconds to fix, but I never would have noticed there was a problem had someone not pointed it out, heh, especially since I'm exclusively using the Firefox 3 nightlies now).
Note that this style is obsolete in Firefox 3. In fact, just don't use it with Fx3, since it totally screws up menu alignment. It's already fine without any help anyway.
