Great work.
The removal of the top banner left an empty gap on my system. I've fixed this by adding the line
body > div {height:0px !important;}A new Amazon.com ad is showing in the top right corner. It can be blocked by adding the selectors #tn15adrhs and #tn15shopbox to the "display:none" rule.
