Darkens Kongregate, giving it a new black and red style, as well rearranging a few items, particularly to remove wasted space.

- redid icons for recent Activity of the forums
- made a lot of my curves a little less curvy (I don't like the sharp edges so i intend to leave SOME on there)
- Tried to remove some of the red, particularly the dark red text and the red on the featured content
- fixed the forum selection table
-shrunk the forum panels to fit properly
