Fx2Winでは, メニューバーのブックマークプルダウン/ポップアップメニューは, そのリストが長くなるとスクロールが必要になる。
Fx2Winでは, 再ポップアップした際には前回のスクロール位置がリセットされてしまう。
そこで, cssに以下の通り記述することで前回のスクロール位置を記憶するようする。

This style restores the scroll position of the pull-down menu of the bookmark.
