Combining all my Cutemenus styles in one.
* This style has been tested on Minefield 3.0pre and CuteMenus 1.9.2 on WinXP.
* Requirement: http://firefox.lanik.us/extensions/cutemenus-1.9.2_kempelton.xpi
* READ THE DESCRIPTION INSIDE THE STYLE PLEASE!!!!

This style adds the following:
- Bookmarks menu icons
- Custom close and exit buttons
-- Custom close tab button
- Undo Close tab icon
- Help Contents icon
- DOM Inspector icons
- MLTI aka Toolkit icons
- Scrapbook, Screengrab and Tiny Menu

03/04/08 - Added undo close tab icon on the tab bar.
03/05/08 - Added "Disable Update Check" icon in Add-ons.
03/12/08 - Changed the tab close button to match close buttons everywhere else. Credit: http://userstyles.org/styles/5675
03/21/08 - Added Library close button, will add more in coming days.
03/22/08 - Renamed style and spaced out everything removing redundant code.
03/26/08 - Added Help Contents icon, find bar close icon and fixed the Configure Custom Editors icon in too
