This style has been made to work with Mr Tech Toolkit and Minefield.

4/16/08 - Added smaller padding for MTLI Toolkit My Config window.
4/24/09 - Added Stylish padding.
4/25/09 - Fixed Minefield Addons Manager icons.
5/06/09 - Fixed a bug with a missing sidebar + minor tweaks.
