Makes Firefox and Thunderbird 3 look native on Vista. Note that this requires a recent (2008-05-09 or later) CVS trunk build of Firefox or Thunderbird - it WILL NOT work on such old versions like Firefox 3.0b5 or Thunderbird 3.0a1.
New for 2008-05-08: Compatible only with 2008050804 and later builds.
New for 2008-05-11: Verified on Windows 6.0.6001.18000, set up -moz-system-metric, reverted tabbar -moz-win-browsertabbar-toolbox, and added white border-top to bookmarks toolbar
Update 2008-05-18: Vista installation broke again. Last confirmed working on Vista SP1 and Firefox 3.0 RC1 build 1.
