I'm out of Google+ now. Let me know if you wanna take over this user style.
The style aims to improve the readability of the stream by making posts and comments more distinguishable along with additional tweaks.
To fix the nav bar at the top, install Google+ Bar Fixed at the Top (Plus)
To hide the message of poeple's sharing with you, install Google+ : NO "xx new people are sharing with you"
