quick little fix-it to remove kijiji ads so that it looks a bit more like craigslist.

Also removes the top 5 'preferred' links, as well as ad banners.

... please let me know if I'm missing anything as I tested it with only a few cities...

... and yes.. my coding is messy as hell.
