Tested with Clearlooks, Nimbus, Equinox, QtCurve, Ambiance/Radiance themes.
Works with Firefox 4 or any newer version.

If you use tabs-on-top, disable native toolbars.

Known issues:
App tabs look weird in tab overflow.
