Update: 2008-08-27
-Added your request.
-Added a WHOLE bunch of stuff to try and fix FF3's / Stylish's bugs with the backgrounds not saving. Here's the deal:
*The MAIN page doesn't look right at all. Colors are totally off. I can live with this, as I never use the main wiki page
*Most ARTICLE pages work as they used to. Continue to post the bugs you find, and any requests!
Thanks for your patience, and if anyone can help me figure out how to make the main page work 100% with firefox3, please LMK.
This is my from-scratch modification of Wikipedia. I love wiki, and I also love computing in the dark (vampire nerd?). So, I made this style to invert Wiki's color scheme to White-on-Black (no sexual inuendo intended).
Anyway, not EVERYTHING works, especially posting stuff, but for reading stuff, it works 99.9%. Fellow chemistry nerds, please verify the molecular models of compounds. Yeah, I know, the "C" text is black, and it's hard to see, but I'm debating whether or not to focus my nerdly energies on fixing that. After all, we all know that it's Carbon...right?
I need you guys to tell me what else needs fixing--wiki's so vast that I can't check every page. Post any bugs you find, and I promise I'll get around to fixing them eventually!
I hope you all appreciate my extensive use of commenting in this style! Some people make CSS sheets without telling us what they're doing...I HATE THAT!!
Theme seems to mess with buttons on other websites. Using FF3 on Windows XP, the buttons are usually rounded, but now they are rectangular.
SKYY; awesome theme...
about the main wiki page:
i believe you should look into the code used here:
http://userstyles.org/styles/8451by Jaxsun.
it fixes the white articles; and it goes really well in combination with your theme.(off topic; look at this theme too: http://userstyles.org/styles/8893
looks amazing.)anyway, great theme, and thanks for the continued support/coding!!
Please add
#p-help .pBody {background-color: #000000 !important;border-color:#666666 !important;}Because it is possible to correspond to a lot of sites.
