Inspired by style 3874 from user 241 this style mimics IE7 behavior with Vistaglazz applied.
Vistaglazz keeps maximized Windows transparent.
Tested on firefox 3.0 and default theme only.

To change the background picture:
In Stylish edit mode find on line 45:               background-image: url("aqua image") !important
Delete >aqua image< (string between the quotes) and then put the mouse cursor right between the quotes ("here").
Then click the Insert button > Data URI... select the .jpg or .png image to load.

Thx for your review, I decided not to make this style obsolete because using the example aqua.png I found this style still nice and usable on my non-vista systems.

well first off I mostly took this from "MBLUE" so here's your credit :D
and second "what the hell does this do?"
basicly all this does is combine the stop and reload button just like Mblues does but it dose not change what it looks like or put it between the forward and back button. I made this for a google chrome hack so you could still get to the stop button but it was hidden.

Firefox has the new reader mode (about:reader) to facilitate reading of (almost) any article in a simple, pleasant, constant style. However, the width of the article view is remarkably thin for a single column. Meh... change.
This styles allows to customize the width of the view but also to use a layout with more than a single column, making it more akin to a newspaper.

The image shows the 5-column view on a display with 2560px width.

Firefox Reader: custom width + multi column

Simple scrollbars defined entirely with CSS (no images). This example is a basic/flat 2-color scheme in blue. Scroll buttons are placed together in the bottom right corner. Colors, widths, and heights are easy to change to your liking. Works fine in Fx25 -- don't know about earlier releases.
