Pink Lace Tumblr Dashboard. It's Pink. For Tumblr.
Few extra special features with this style. Tags are thin (so you read all of your tags without endless scrolling). Blockquote nesting has been tamed (See pic 'blockquotes are crazy').

June 11, 2011 Tweaked the tag area again. Tags are yet smaller, but also centered so it doesn't look weird.
June 22, 2011 Added a little css to make blockquotes less bulky. See the new pic! So if you have a million reblogs in one post, you'll actually be able to see what people are saying. Hey, if this interferes with another css you have (it really shouldn't) just delete the section labeled 'blockquotes are crazy!'.
